Late Queen’s ‘favorite grandson’ Peter Phillips ‘courting an NHS nurse’
King Charles‘s nephew Peter Phillips is believed to be dating an NHS nurse just one month after he ended his previous three-year relationship.
Peter, who is the son of Queen Elizabeth II‘s only daughter Princess Anne, spent the weekend at Badminton Horse Trials with Harriet Sterling, a paediatric specialist nurse and freelance writer.
The pair watched the cross-country horse riding before leaving in a vehicle with Peter’s daughters Savannah, 13, and 12-year-old Isla on Saturday.
On Sunday they returned to the event in Gloucestershire, where Peter was seen warmly greeting the King’s wife Queen Camilla.
Peter’s sister Zara Tindall, 42, and her husband Mike were also at the horse event with their children this weekend.
Speaking of Peter and Harriet, a witness told The Sun: ‘They looked completely smitten and he was grinning from ear to ear.

Peter started dating his old friend Lindsay Wallace (pictured) following his divorce from Autumn Kelly, 45, in 2021. The pair are pictured together at Epsom in June 2022
‘He looked like the cat that got the cream and acted without a care in the world.’
One of Peter’s friends had confirmed the royal met someone recently and they were spending time together.
Peter is said to be the late Queen’s favourite grandson and is also close with his his uncle, King Charles.
The news comes just weeks after Peter, who is 18th in line to the throne, split from his partner of three years, Lindsay Wallace, 43.
Peter, 46, married Autumn Kelly, also 46, in 2008 having announced their engagement the previous year. They ended their 13-year marriage in 2021.
Peter and his recent partner Lindsay went their separate ways after the relationship ‘ran its course’, a source previously told The Sun.
Peter and Lindsay, an oil tycoon’s daughter, are still amicable, with no one else believed to be involved.
Lindsay has been to various royal events with Peter, who is very close to his uncle, King Charles.
‘They were friends before their relationship blossomed. But Peter and Lindsay have gone their separate ways as the relationship simply ran its course,’ a source told the Sun.
A friend of the pair added to Hello! that Peter’s work commitments means he’s been travelling ‘non-stop’.
‘Peter and Lindsay made the difficult decision to separate as they were spending less time together with work and family commitments. Peter’s business commitments and work in F1 meant he has been away and travelling non stop,’ the source said.
