As she turns 22, one of the best related royal you’ve got by no means heard of
Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones is the most prominent member of the Royal Family you’ve probably never heard of.
The second child of David, 2nd Earl of Snowdon, and Serena, Countess of Snowdon, Lady Margarita is currently 26th in line to the throne and occupies that bridge between royalty and normality.
Princess Margaret‘s only granddaughter has been there at all the key moments, from joining her great-aunt Queen Elizabeth II at Trooping the Colour to walking to church at Sandringham hand-in-hand with Prince William.
More recently she was among the sombre mourners who gathered at Westminster Abbey to bid a final farewell to Her Majesty at her State Funeral in 2022.
Last year, she dazzled in couture on the cover of Tatler, telling the publication: ‘I love fashion. I have always had an interest in it, and I love experimenting with styles.’
Turning 22 today, Lady Margarita runs her own jewellery brand called Matita, creating handmade pieces that are inspired by the natural world.
From a young age she displayed an interest in fashion and aged 14 attended the Dior Cruise show at Blenheim Palace.
Often sharing items with her stylish mother, the Countess of Snowden, her most memorable outfits often include delicate fascinators and headpieces atop designer dresses.
Now, as she celebrates her birthday, we take a look back at some of her most momentous fashion occasions.
