Queen scolds younger Prince William in resurfaced clip as followers say he is like Louis

Queen Elizabeth‘s stern words to a young Prince William have left royal fans chuckling after they spotted a resemblance between the future King and his son, Prince Louis.

A montage of resurfaced clips were posted to TikTok and captioned: “Every time the Queen told off Prince William on the balcony.” The clip contains numerous shots of the late monarch giving her grandson a telling-off.

And it seems like William hasn’t forgotten how to take orders. Another clip from his wedding to Kate Middleton showed crouching on the balcony of Buckingham Palace before snapping to attention as the Queen commanded him to stand up.

The Royals are no strangers to strict protocols while on official duty, with some fans reckoning this could be why the Queen was so eager to keep the Prince of Wales in line.

Social media users even spotted a few parallels between William and his six-year old son, Louis. One user exclaimed: “William and Louis are very similar.”

Meanwhile another added: “Typical grandma, love it.” A third joked: “William still behaving like a petulant child all these years later.”

One even warned: “You better listen to the Queen, Prince.”

Little Louis had Brits in stitches when he appeared on Buckingham Palace’s balcony. The prince, who is fourth in line for the throne, threw a mini-tantrum during an RAF fly-by where he could be seen wailing and crying.

Other clips showed him yawning widely and pointing out something to his sister, Princess Charlotte.

Earlier this year royal fans were left fuming when they were forced to wait for an adorable snap of Prince Louis, the Daily Star previously reported.

Louis’ birthday snap, taken as usual by mum Kate, was released on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ Instagram shortly after lunch on April 23, leaving people to speculate the reason behind the delay.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said it could be due to the family’s need for “time, space and privacy” following the Princess of Wales’ cancer diagnosis
