Royal Mail proprietor receives revised bid value round £3.5 billion

Royal Mail owner International Distribution Services said it has received a revised takeover proposal worth around £3.5 billion from shareholder and Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky and would be ‘minded’ to back the deal if a firm offer is made.
