‘Brits overseas are a joke – we eat KFC, get drunk by 11am and name our children bruv’

‘Britain’s most hated woman’ is, wait for it, ashamed to be British – all because we have “no class” on holiday.

Carla Bellucci is just back from a sun trip where she saw Brits slurring their words before lunch, ordering KFC to hotel rooms and mums calling their kids “bruv”.

The ex-glamour model said the “undignified behaviour” she saw – such as tennis balls being dangerously fired across the swimming pool – justified anti-tourism protests in the Canary Islands where locals have told us “f** off”.

Instead of a budget all-inclusive in Gran Canaria, Carla stayed in a swanky five-star resort in Marrakesh. But she said her fellow English visitors were lairy and rude.

The mum-of-four spoke about the ‘appalling’ behaviour of English tourists on her recent holiday

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, she said: “After witnessing how the English behave on holiday I am with the Spanish on this one – no wonder they don’t want us around. I witnessed so many French and all other nations behaving normally and then you see the English families… they acted appallingly.

“It is embarrassing and I even saw a family calling their children bruv. All they do is order in KFC to hotels and try to get as p***ed as they can by 11am. Why bother going to another country?

“I just sat back and watched as they played with their kids shouting at them 24/7 and screaming ‘bruv’ at them at the top of their voices, just insane.”

Carla, who rose to fame by blagging a nose job by faking depression, said the behaviour was why she tended to avoid places like Alicante. She added: “It is a total shambles and makes me ashamed to be from the UK when you see people behaving like total jerks.”

Furious Tenerife locals have demanded tourists ‘go home’

The mum-of-four encouraged English people to have more manners and respect – saying the Moroccan staff were treated poorly.

The controversial influencer, who lives in Hitchin, Herts, described how locals working in bars were being sweared and shouted at by drunk tourists demanding to be served quicker.

She said the location was “insanely beautiful” but that the British travellers spoiled the experience by whining and causing trouble.

“All they do is moan about how different the food is and how they have been bitten by mosquitoes,” she said. “I even said to one, ‘Come on buy mosquito spray’ and they didn’t know it existed.

“They just have no class and are an embarrassment to the country. That was in a five-star resort – can you imagine the scenes in a four-star in Alicante?”

The behaviour of Brits abroad has been a hot topic in recent weeks after campaigners held hunger strikes, slapped anti-graffiti on walls and stages protests across Spain to deter tourists.

Thousands of local people have been taking to the streets on the island of Tenerife

However, swarms of Brits are still going to the likes of Tenerife despite one expat warning an “upbrising” was imminent. Locals have complained about low wages and a lack of affordable housing to rent.

One Daily Star reader told us they had been planning a trip to Tenerife next year – but said the anti-British sentiment made them choose Portugal instead.
