Badly behaved employees romp within the workplace and take branded firm vans dogging

Badly behaved staff are romping in the office, sending saucy snaps on work phones and taking branded company vans dogging.

Thousands of employees have been let go by bosses after being caught out breaking rules, according to some of the wildest HR reports. Other brave workers have bunked off because the planets “don’t align” or told managers they can’t come in because they think they are “cursed.”

Another chap was let go after he was caught hiding in a cupboard in the women’s toilets, despite claiming he was “having his lunch in there.” But it’s not just staff – with one boss getting the chop after he laid his privates on his sleeping employees head at the Christmas party and took a photo.

“One of the best things about working in HR is that no two days are ever the same, and you never know what you’re going to hear next.

“Just when you think you’ve dealt with any situation you can possibly think of, someone still manages to surprise you.

“It’s a common misconception that working in HR can be ‘boring’, just dealing with paperwork and contracts, but you need to be prepared for anything, as these calls clearly demonstrate.

“And failing to invest in a proper HR function can leave a business exposed to all kinds of damage, both reputational and financial.”
