Benidorm dubbed ‘Disney for crazies’ as Brits warned of hotspot’s darker aspect
With its long stretches of sandy beaches and palm tree-lined promenades, the ever-so-popular Benidorm is a pretty and affordable place to jet set to for a holiday.
Adored by Brits, particularly keen stag and hen partygoers, however, holidaymakers heading to this once tiny fishing village turned nightlife-wild holiday destination in Spain are reminded of the hotspot’s darker side. That includes anything from live sex shows running through the night to cheap and illicit drugs and “extreme” strippers.
The firm favourite holiday location is said to already be “busier than ever” this year as hotels for the season are already booked out. Authorities claim even higher figures are expected in the coming months as the weather heats up and Benidorm approaches the high season, which begins in June and runs to late August.

But what lurks beneath the hot temperatures and idyllic beaches is an underbelly of wild nightlife. Jade Benidorm, a famous former teacher who became an OnlyFans star sex show performer and stripper, puts on as many as 15 shows a day over the weekend at the resort.

Her partner, Frank ‘The Stag Man’, throws stag and hen dos where strippers use sex toys, drag Queens get their “tackle” out and stags are given a “back, sack and crack”. He previously told Daily Star that Benidorm’s antics attract people because it’s more “extreme” than the UK and people want “something that’s a little bit different”.
He moved to Benidorm nearly 12 years ago, pulled in by the lower cost of living, and said it was a better lifestyle and the people are “happy”. Between them the couple throws some of the wildest parties in Benidorm, “taking it to its limits”.
His wife is one of the performers doing “extreme” strips where she will perform live sex shows, using toys. She also takes part in something called a “stripper transfer” whereby she accompanies a group on a transfer bus, even naked for some time.

Frank’s stripper transfer is often performed by his wife Jade. He noted: “She’s quite famous over here. She’s very, very well known. She does all the extreme strips, and she does things like live sex shows.
“She’s an absolutely beautiful person inside and out,” he said. Of the ‘extreme’ stripper shows, he explained: “It’s not like in the UK where it’s all quick flashes and over in a minute!”
But drugs are also a big problem for the area. One particular bar, The Red Lion,has been subject to a variety of allegations in the past with claims about brutal bouncers and seedy drug dealing. Some of the allegations are quite serious with a slew of reviews on TripAdvisor slating the late-night spot.

One dad, on holiday recently, told The Sun that he was offered drugs around 20 times since lighting up his cigarette. Simon, 44, called it “full-on”. Last month, alleged drug kingpin Paul Brown was arrested in a hotel in the city after a four-year international manhunt.
But despite the darker underbelly of this resort, it’s said to be more popular than ever proving most revellers aren’t put off and won’t be anytime soon. Local celebrity Frank ‘The Stag Man’, added: “It’s Disneyland for crazies here. Absolutely anything goes.”
