Bride’s cheeky welcome signal at wedding ceremony branded ‘unimaginable’ as many vow to repeat

Every bride wants to steal the show on her wedding day, and one called Becca certainly nailed it.

She decided to create a cheeky entrance sign that had guests – and people on the internet – chuckling.

Ditching the traditional ‘Bride & Groom’ signage, Becca’s bold move saw her name in massive letters, declaring it ‘Becca’s wedding’ and relegating her hubby-to-be Jack to a mere ‘featuring’ role.

The internet got a good laugh when the sign hit X (formerly Twitter), with one user cheering: “Incredible work, Becca.” It didn’t stop there the sign became a Facebook sensation, bagging more than 161,000 likes on a meme page.

People couldn’t help but gigglw at the sign, as one woman exclaimed: “Should have got one of these for my wedding too.” Another told their friend: “This is how yours will look.” While someone else bantered with their pal: “I hope this will be featuring at yours!”

Someone else also playfully addressed husband Jack, as they quipped: “Enjoy married life with this one Jack!”

The sign comes after another couple getting married were slammed online for issuing ’15 wedding rules’ for their guests.

In a post shared to Reddit, a user revealed the strict guidelines set for the big day, which requested family and friends “pace themselves when drinking”, refrain from “rearranging seats” and make “no big announcements” of their own.

Responding to the list, other Reddit users slammed the bride and groom and insisted they would have “declined” the invite, as many agreed.
