Klopp set for early retirement in sun-kissed Majorcan manor after final Reds sport
It was an emotional afternoon at Liverpool as Jurgen Klopp bid farewell to the Anfield faithful.
Klopp, 56, has called time on his spell at the helm of the Reds after nine successful years on Merseyside. And it doesn’t look like Klopp will be kicking back into management any time soon – with the German set to relocate to Majorca.
According to The Sun, sources close to the big German reckon he’s jaded by management. And Klopp will now retire to the sun-kissed idyllic island of Majorca – off the east coast of the Spanish mainland.

Klopp has bought a pad in Majorca and plans to stay there out of the limelight he’d receive if he remained on Merseyside. The report states Klopp hopes to lead a low-key life, away from the eyes of the public.
He paid around £3.5million for the 5,000sqm villa, which was previously owned by Swiss businessman and artist Rolf Knie.
What do you think of Jurgen Klopp’s Majorcan manor? Let us know in the comments section
The stunning Majorcan mansion features a swimming pool, where he can enjoy the Iberian sun, as well as a number of massive rooms that Klopp and his wife, Ulla, are renovating.
Speaking to Off The Ball, Mark Lawrenson speculated that Klopp will move in right away. “‘I’m not sure I should tell you this but it’s not a massive secret. He’s having a house built in Mallorca,” he revealed in February.
“I have a house somewhere not far away from where he’s building his. Ulla, his wife, is in charge of everything in terms of that, and he [Klopp] said: “The bloody thing’s not even ready yet, and I’m paying all the bills!
“So he’s probably going to retreat to there for a while, I would suggest. I can tell you now, it’s not a nice gaff, it’s an absolutely fabulous gaff. It’s sensational, it really seriously is.”
While local reports say the manor is close to the Majorcan Country Club where he ‘plays padel almost every morning’ when on the island.
