Ivanka Trump posts lovely throwback snap with Donald after verdict

Ivanka Trump posted a throwback picture of her as a baby sitting with her father, Donald, following his historic day at court.

Trump, who is now a convicted felon, was found guilty of 34 counts in Manhattan on Thursday during his hush money trial involving Stormy Daniels.

Ivanka, who was one of his most trusted advisors during his four-year tenure in the White House, showed her unwavering love and support for Trump on Thursday night.

She took to her Instagram and shared the adorable snap from yesteryear, with the caption: ‘I love you dad.’

The former President’s daughter was appointed as one of her father’s senior White House advisers in 2016.

Her husband, Jared Kushner, also had a leading role, negotiating the Abraham Accords in a bid to bring peace to the Middle East.

This is the first time Ivanka has spoken out as she hasn’t been seen at her father’s trial at any point.

Ivanka made her desire for a quieter life clear in 2022 when Trump announced his presidential candidacy.

‘I love my father very much,’ the mother-of-three said in a statement.

‘This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family.’

‘I do not plan to be involved in politics. While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.’

Since she parted ways with politics, Ivanka has embraced the jet-set lifestyle, which she frequently documents on her Instagram.

Following his conviction, Trump was seen with a pout on his face that did little to hide his fury at being found guilty on all counts of falsifying business records.

Now that he is a convicted felon, he could lose some of his individual liberties, possibly including his ability to vote and own firearms.

The former president’s sentencing is expected to take place on July 11. What happens at that hearing will be critical to what rights Trump will retain and what liberties he may be stripped of.

It was the first time a former U.S. President has faced a criminal trial and the verdict could upend the 2024 White House race, proving a pivotal moment in the history of the United States.
