Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden shares candy second together with her son

Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden was every inch the doting mother and she and her son Oscar enjoyed a visit to a science museum today.

The royal, 46, grinned as she huddled by her eight-year-old while the pair inaugurated the World of Water exhibit at the Swedish Museum of Natural History on Monday.

Her youngest child appeared delighted as he took in the display, playfully posing by a poster with an eagle.

Oscar also seemed entranced by an installation representing planet Earth. Elsewhere, he and his mother looked at a selection of plants.

Victoria was on theme in a blue, green and yellow floral print dress which cinched at the waist.

She pulled her chestnut tresses back into a styled ponytail and opted for a dewy, summery make-up look.

The Princess accessorised her ensemble with a maroon handbag and strappy leather sandals.

Meanwhile, her son looked adorable in a white button-down shirt and cargo trousers.

It comes as, last week the mother-of-two shared a loving moment with her daughter, Estelle, as the young royal joined her parents for an official engagement

The family stepped out to visit a new installation at The Princess Estelle Sculpture Park in Djurgården, named after the 12-year-old the future Queen of Sweden, to see the unveiling of a new installation, ‘The Inner Flow of Life’ by the Italian artist Giuseppe Penone.

Twelve-year-old Estelle looked the spitting image of her graceful mother, 46, as the two co-ordinated in summery white gowns, alongside Crown Prince Daniel.

The pair were pictured sat side by side looking ethereal in elegant button down dresses and loosely tied back ponytails.

To go with their look-alike frocks, the two also matched in nude espadrilles.

Victoria’s dress was pulled in at the waist with a chic white belt and her longer dress was finished with a patterned hem.

Meanwhile, her daughter Estelle looked the picture of summer in a slightly shorter dress patterned with flower and leaf stems.

The Princess Estelle Sculpture Park in Royal Djurgården in Stockholm, was built by the royal couple in 2019 as part of a country initiative to promote cultural activity and make contemporary art more readily available.

The sculpture park is extended annually and some of the works already installed include ‘Hoop-La’ by Alice Aycock, ‘Life Rings’ by Elmgreen & Dragset, and ‘Wind Sculpture in Bronze I’ by Yinka Shonibare.
