Rebel Wilson reveals weird fitness center behavior throughout intense exercise
Rebel Wilson has revealed her bizarre gym habit in a video she posted of her intense workout regime.
In the footage, the Bridesmaid star, 44, and her fiancée Ramona Agruma are seen working up a sweat at a Los Angeles gym.
Rebel is heard making rhythmic grunting sounds as she does lat exercises on a pull down bar.
She captioned the footage with some hilarious words: ‘For some reason I HAVE to do the sound effects.’
Last month, Wilson admitted she used the type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic to help with her weight loss – but insisted it was only after she slimmed down on her own.

The 44-year-old said she ‘experimented’ with it briefly to maintain her weight loss after welcoming her baby daughter via surrogate in November 2022.
‘I wish I had known about it in 2020. If I had known about it, I would have tried it, one hundred percent,’ she told The Diary of a CEO podcast with Steven Bartlett.

Rebel said she is no longer taking the semaglutide injectable but would consider trying it again as it helped her cravings for sweets and curbed her stress eating.
‘Now I have gained back 10 kilos, I guess because of having a baby and I just can’t work out to the level that I used to,’ she said.
