Lisa Armstrong ‘sells Ant McPartlin mansion for £4million’
Lisa Armstrong has reportedly sold the west London mansion she shared with her ex-husband Ant McPartlin for £4million.
In May, the make-up artist, 47, had to cut the asking price from £5million to £4million, according to a Rightmove page seen by The Sun.
However, as she and Ant, 48, bought the property for £2.3million in 2006, Lisa still made a tidy profit of £1.7million.
She lived in the five-bedroom house with one-half of Ant And Dec until they divorced in 2018.
In the years since, Lisa has been renting it out the property for an eyewatering £10,000 a month.

A source told The Sun: ‘There are obviously lots of memories attached to the house.
‘Lisa has long since moved on but this is essentially the last connection she has from her marriage to Ant. She bought a new home nearby after they divorced and added a pool and a gym.
‘She rented the former marital home out, but after last year’s fire gutted a back bedroom she doesn’t want the hassle anymore.’
On Rightmove, the property was described as ‘a substantial double-fronted family home’ and located on ‘a sought-after residential road’ boasting a garden, gym, three bathrooms a cinema room and bar area.
A representative for Lisa has been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
In September 2023, Lisa watched in horror as a major fire tore through the then-£5million mansion.
Eyewitnesses told MailOnline that Lisa was left badly shaken after racing there after receiving a call from former neighbours.
She was also spotted in the street watching helplessly as 40 firefighters tackled the blaze.

Hours after his wife gave birth, the presenter, 48, took to Instagram to share his joy that they were parents, in what marks his second chance of happiness after a rocky decade which saw the end of his first marriage and a drink-drive scandal.
Ant shared a Instagram snap sweetly cradling his baby boy, revealing he’d been born earlier that day on Tuesday, writing: ‘Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54am.
‘Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess!’ he captioned the snap.
Anne-Marie has two children, Poppy, and Daisy, from her previous marriage. Lisa does not have any children.
