Prince Harry’s royal ‘remorse’ laid naked as he misses Trooping the Colour

Prince Harry has “regrets” about his relationship with the Royal Family, according to an expert.

The Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan Markle, will not be present at Trooping the Colour today (Saturday, June 15) as senior members of the Firm prepare to make their annual balcony appearance to mark King Charles’ official birthday. The Sussexes last attended the event in 2022, but they did not stand on the balcony with their royal relatives.

Speaking to the Mirror, commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said: “Had matters proceeded as anticipated, Harry and Meghan, as senior working royals, would have been prominent in the ceremony and the coverage is worldwide.

“He would not be human if he did not have some regrets when he sees what he is missing, as he surely must. It is surely time he wore his Coronation Medal too.”

Members of the family attending today’s spectacle include King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton – although it was previously thought the Princess of Wales would skip the event as she continues her battle with cancer.

Kate was snapped travelling to the event today (Saturday, June 15) in a maroon car alongside other members of her family including William, Prince Louis and Prince George, the Daily Star previously reported. Photos taken of her arrival showed her sporting a white dress with a blue bow and a white hat, with her hair fastened in a neat bun.

Kate announced on Friday evening (June 14) she would be attending the event after revealing she’s making “good progress” in her recovery from cancer, but is “not out of the woods yet.”

She said in a personal message: “I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months.

“It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times.

“I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days.

“On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting.

“But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well. My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months.”

Prince Harry last saw King Charles in February following the announcement of the monarch’s cancer diagnosis. The Duke flew to the UK from the US, where he lives with Meghan and their two children, as soon as he heard of the news.

The pair had a brief 30-minute meeting before Harry returned home.
