The unusual figures were discovered in Peru’s Nazca region but have stumped the world since gaining significant media attention last year and mass speculation about their origins.

Jaime Maussan, journalist and UFO researcher, says there is a possibility they are alien-human hybrids.

He gained significant attention when presenting the mummies. found in Palpa and Nazca in Peru to the Mexican Government in 2023.

They were purportedly found by local farmers in 2017 and subsequently brought to the attention of researchers but for years they weren’t professionally examined.

A team of experts was later put together to change that. The team includes Dr James Caruso, chief medical examiner and coroner of the city and county of Denver, Dr William Rodriguez, a forensic anthropologist and Maryland State medical examiner.

Maussan now claims there is an ongoing legal battle with Peru to get the “mummies” to more advanced labs in the US for further testing which could prove their authenticity once and for all.

A man named Jois Mantilla too said he believed he’d made a breakthrough with the mummies’ DNA.
