Bombshells Will, Grace and Tiffany entered on the last instalment and soon got to pick someone to take away for a night for a cheeky sleepover.
Will picked Uma, Tiffany picked Ronnie and Grace picked her old flame Joey for the trip.
The six Islanders were then whisked away in cars to a brand new smaller villa to all spend time together.

But according to The Sun, during the night things got so steamy producers had to edit the bedroom scenes – after they already shared a kiss in the pool earlier in the day.
A source said: ‘It’s been a long time since we’ve seen chemistry like this on Love Island. We always wanted to bring sex back to the villa but didn’t expect this kind of tension so soon.
‘There was genuinely so much footage of Joey and Grace at it in Casa Amor, bosses were spoilt for choice and some scenes had to be left out of the edit.
‘Because they knew each other before, their entire relationship is on fast forward and it’s steamy stuff. Joey can’t keep his hands off her.’
ITV have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
In the new villa Joey ramped things up with Grace as they shared a steamy snog in the pool before the X-rated night – while he is still coupled up with Samantha.
Viewers will have to wait until the next episode to see what her reaction will be when Joey returns.
At the start of the episode Samantha chose to distance herself from her love interest Joey.
The make-up artist, 26, looked visibly fuming after Joey, 33, kissed his ex-girlfriend Grace not once, but twice, during the steamy beer-pong challenge on Friday’s episode.

The TOWIE star firstly kissed Grace in a saucy dare, and the second time kissed again Grace as well as new bombshell Tiffany as he was asked to pick two girls he would have a threesome with.
Samantha, who Joey has been coupled up with since he arrived in the villa, was left devastated by Joey and Grace’s very passionate kiss.
In the diary room, the Liverpool-born didn’t hesitate to remark how disappointed she was with his choice.
The couple had a chat mere hours before the game, and Samantha asked the reality star to not ‘make her look like a fool’ as she wouldn’t want to be in the same situation as fellow Islanders Jess and Harriett with Ronnie.
But Joey didn’t think twice to say: ‘I would never do you like that. Ever. I would never disrespect you that way.’
Joey and the stunning model from Manchester, 25, briefly dated a year ago after meeting in Ibiza.
And as the TV star got reacquainted with former flame Grace, Samantha seemed unsure of where she stood with him as their future hung in the balance hot off the heels of Grace’s arrival.
On Sunday’s instalment Samantha chose to distance herself and firstly went to sleep outside on the day beds.
As Joey headed over to Samantha and asked: ‘Samantha, what are you doing?’
‘We just played a game in the garden that’s all it was,’ to which Samantha responded: ‘I just want to back off now because you and her have got something good.’
‘You’re telling everyone you’re not bothered but you’re sleeping on the day bed,’ Joey quipped annoyed.
As the conversation continues, Samantha said: ‘I’m not bothered, I want you and her to rekindle.’
‘Why are you saying that, that doesn’t mean I’m going to rekindle,’ Joey said attempting to reassure her.
Fans are now convinced Joey will dump Samantha in favour of Grace, citing the pair’s palpable connection.
