Woman claims she heard the angels after out of physique expertise

A spiritualist has claimed she received a shocking message from angels ‘in heaven’ following a suicide attempt.

Julie Poole, 61, from Cardiff, discussed her experience during a 30-minute interview on the podcast Life After Life.

According to Julie, she was told by higher powers that it was not ‘her time’ to die and that good times would be coming soon.

The self-described spiritual and personal empowerment coach, psychic, channeller, energy healer, hypnotherapist, law of attraction teacher and author said she ended up in a ‘spiritual realm’ when she received the message.

The spiritualist described having experienced ‘physical, mental, sexual and emotional abuse’ as a child which led her to take an overdose of painkillers when she was just 21. 

Following the overdose, she had had an ‘out of body experience’ – and that’s when she received a message so powerful it put her on her path to the spiritual world.

Believing she was in limbo during the three days, Julie says she was greeted there by angels, who transported her to the higher realm and told her it was not yet her time to officially die. 

‘I suddenly saw my guides and my angels around me and then they lifted me up, and took me up to the Higher Realms. I just remember saying “I’m going home’ and they said ‘No you’re not, it’s not your time”.’

They also told her: ‘We did warn you it would be too hard and too overwhelming, and now here you are at 21 trying to check out.’

Julie described being told by angels that she had been through three lifetimes’ worth of suffering already. 

In addition, she said angels promised that a new ‘Golden Age’ for mankind would begin between 2012 and 2032.

Julie said the angels told her: ‘What we mean by the Golden Age is that for millennia now there has been an enormous amount of power, abuse and control… all of that has been held by the few and has controlled the masses.  

‘This Golden Age is bringing an equality across the board, so that which is false and fake and untrue and corrupt will fall away.’

The energy healer took the message on board and insisted to podcast hosts that there would be a ‘day of reckoning’ coming soon, despite ongoing global atrocities.

As part of her spiritual work, Julie engages in a range of practices including tarot reading, energy alignment, hypnotherapy and teaching reiki 

In 2023, Julie published her book From Hoping To Having The ‘3rs’ to Create Your Best Life, which is a guidebook about how to use the law of attraction, as well as featuring tips for ‘manifesting’ one’s ‘best life’

She continued, explaining to the hosts that a day of ‘Armageddon’ would soon arrive where ‘evil global leaders’ would lose their power. 

‘They’re getting caught and kicked out, and people that have a pure heart pure intentions are coming in instead.’

Julie believes part of her spiritual reckoning is the result of the suffering she endured during her younger years.

Following support from the church and other spiritual avenues, she said ‘the only part of [her] life that made sense was [her] spiritual connections’.

Many who listened to the podcast resonated with Julie’s powerful words with one writing: ‘My story is very similar to yours. I have been able to Astral project from as young as I can remember. My first experience of what I call ‘The resting place for those who die’, was when I was 5 years old. I also saw the light of Jesus, and he does not look like how we picture him.’

Others said Julie’s ‘compassion’ and ‘love’ resonated with their own experiences of childhood abuse and trauma. 

Last year, Julie published her book From Hoping to Having, which is a guidebook about how to use the Law of Attraction. It also features tips on how to ‘manifest’ your ‘best life’.

She has published five other books, including three fiction, and a spiritual romantic comedy novel.

As part of her spiritual work, Julie engages in a range of practices including tarot reading, energy alignment, hypnotherapy and teaching reiki.

Many who who have described experiencing near-death visions in the moments where they are dead before resuscitation, have talked about seeing a ‘light’ or having encounters in the realm of the spiritual.
