Count Binface to go on ‘Bindependence Day’ tour to ‘make Earth nice once more’

Count Binface will go on a nationwide “Bindependence Day” tour to try and “make Earth great again”.

‌The intergalactic space warrior will go on what could be a victory lap after his battle to unseat Rishi “Biggles” Sunak at the election in Richmond, North Yorks.

‌He is set to make a state-of-the-nation adress on the 16-date tour, which kicks off in September.

‌The satirical character, the creation of comic Jon Harvey, said: “I’m excited that this autumn I’m taking my debut comedy show on tour around the UK.

He has pledged to ‘make Earth great again’

‌“2024 is the biggest year ever for democracy on your planet—in fact, on any planet—and I want to do my bit to help make Earth great again!

‌“Come and see me give an alien’s visor view of Britain, with my own brand of sci-fi satire and, of course, my unbeatable manifesto.

‌“Get up close to the Count and be proud you can say you were there on the march to Bindependence Day!”

It comes after his battle to unseat Rishi “Biggles” Sunak in the general election

‌His manifesto includes national service for former prime ministers and to make water bosses take a dip in rivers to see how they like it. Other pledges include trains that work and a £1.10 price cap on croissants.

‌He has form for taking on PMs, having previously stood against Theresa May and Bozo Johnson.

‌The tour starts on September 12 in Cardiff and runs until October 27 in Bristol.
