King Charles and Queen Camilla arrive for the ultimate day of Royal Ascot
King Charles and Queen Camilla were snapped looking tense as they watched the horse racing while attending the final day of Royal Ascot.
The couple, who put on an expressive display today, have attended the five-day event in Berkshire, which is a highlight of the social calendar, multiple times this week.
Although the King, 75, couldn’t make an appearance on Wednesday due to his ongoing cancer treatment, the Queen, 76, was on hand to lead the procession until he returned on Thursday.
Camilla, who has been praised for her stylish ensembles throughout the event, wore a very pale blush coat for the fifth day of the races.
She paired it with a cream hat and pair of gloves, finishing her look with a statement choker featuring three strands of pearls.

The couple led the carriage procession, alongside Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and Lady Charles Spencer-Churchill
The eye-catching piece, which features a purple centre stone, used to belong to the Queen Mother.
Meanwhile, the King, opted for a classic top hat and tails look, pairing a grey suit with a complementary pale grey waistcoat and lavender tie.
He finished off his outfit with black shoes, a large black umbrella, and a black top hat.
The royal couple led the carriage procession alongside Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former emir of Qatar, and Lady Charles Spencer-Churchill.
Also spotted at the races today was television presenter Alex Jones, who looked stylish in a pale blue gingham midi dress.
This year’s Royal Ascot has been an eventful, with a number of high-profile guests attending.
Among them were The Princess of Wales’ mother and father – Carole and Michael Middleton – who attended the second day of Royal Ascot, in their first public appearance since their daughter’s cancer diagnosis was made public.
Dressed in all their finery, the beaming couple looked in good spirits as they arrived side-by-side for the prestigious event at the Berkshire racecourse – alongside royals such as Zara and Mike Tindall.

The Middletons’ outing comes after their daughter Kate, 42, who has been receiving chemotherapy for an undisclosed form of cancer since February, made a spectacular return to public life during Trooping the Colour on Saturday.
Prince William, who led the royal carriage procession along side Queen Camilla in the absence of his father on day two of the society event, spent time chatting to his mother and father-in-law ahead of the races beginning.
Royal Ascot was established in 1711 by Queen Anne, who described Ascot as the perfect place for ‘horses to gallop at full stretch’.
It has been a highlight of the racing calendar since, as well as the royal calendar.
The event a favourite of the late Queen Elizabeth II, who rarely missed it. After her death, some thought its connection with the Royal Family may have been affected.
But King Charles has been Royal Ascot both of the years he has been monarch, even seeing his horse Desert Hero clinch an unlikely victory in the King George V Stakes last year.
