Armed youngsters try and rob retailer in Toronto however employees struggle again
The terrifying moment a group of armed teenagers stormed a trendy clothing store and attempted to rob the place has been captured on video – as well as the moment staff bravely turned the tables on the would-be thieves.
The three masked men were filmed arriving at the clothing and sneaker store in Toronto on June 23 and demanding that the employees ‘get down on the floor’.
While one of the suspects holds a gun to a staff member’s head, the other two attempted to strip the store of racks of clothing and remove sneakers.
However, as they attempt to flee the store, an employee incredibly manages to grab one of the armed suspects and wrestle him to the ground.
The other two thieves managed to flee the store and escape in a stole car.

The two staff members then went to work on the suspect they had caught, punching him repeatedly and throwing away his gun.
The teenage thief attempts to fight back and shouts ‘let me out’ as he struggles with the staff.
While cornered, the robber bizarrely picks up a sneaker and begins destroying it.
Then, just moments before the thief is also about the flee, the Toronto Police Department arrives at the scene and arrests the teen.

The teenage robber has been charged with eight offenses, including robbery with a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm and theft offences.
The value of the goods stolen by the other two robbers remains unclear.
Officials have not yet identified the other two suspects and have asked anyone with information to contact the police or Crime Stoppers.
