Moment police arrest smirking Youth Demand activist at PM’s mansion

This is the moment police questioned a smirking Youth Demand activist who trespassed into the grounds of Rishi Sunak‘s Yorkshire mansion today.

Police arrested four men who protested on the land of the Prime Minister’s £2million constituency home.

Oliver Clegg, a 21-year-old student protester from Manchester, carried out an apparent ‘dirty protest’ in the property’s lake, footage of which was uploaded to social media in an attempt to go viral.

A clip shows Clegg, wearing a shirt with the message ‘eat s*** Rishi’, being approached by an officer who asks him to leave the private grounds.

The police officer says: ‘If you are aware you are on a private property, can you please leave please.

‘You are committing an offence by being on this land.’

The officer proceeds to question the demonstrator of his intentions.

Rinsing out his wellington boots, Clegg cheekily replies: ‘Well I think our intentions are carried out.’

He then asks the officer: ‘Is this something for which you are intent on arresting me now?’
