‘England’s hottest fan’ to ‘cheer up’ Three Lions supporters if Euros goes south

A former hospitality manager who was dubbed ‘England’s hottest fan’ will keep footie supporters smiling – even if the Three Lions are dumped out of Euro 2024.

Amber Paige is adamant football is finally coming home but she has promised to help blokes stay positive if it does all end in heartbreak.

The model, 24, from Buckinghamshire, “shocked” her family by joining Babestation during the pandemic – but she said her job on the telly could be a welcome relief for many this summer.

The gorgeous model is a huge fan of one player in particular

Speaking to the Daily Star, the brunette beauty said: “I will be working for most of the England games so I will be ready to celebrate with the fans after the wins and hopefully there won’t be any need to cheer guys up after any losses.

“A lot of guys are happy after a win and a lot of them come home from celebrating with their mates and end the night with us. You get a mixture of callers after the game but it is usually young and middle-aged men who have been out with their mates. It is quiet during the match but it is well worth being on for some fun after the game.”

And despite an underwhelming start to the tournament from Phil Foden, Amber believes the Manchester City ace is the key to Gareth Southgate’s men winning the tournament in Germany.

“Our attacking players are some of the best in the world,” she said. “Phil Foden plays a smart game and he is always trying to create opportunities and he seems like a really nice guy.”

She used to have a contrasting career – but has no regrets

The bombshell, who said she “loved” being known as ‘England’s hottest fan’, has been a Babestation favourite for four years.

She left her traditional career behind when she was put on furlough and her loved ones are now accepting of her choice – after an initial surprise.

“When I told them, they reacted how I assumed they would,” she previously told us. “They were not over the moon but they said it was my decision and they supported me.

“They see how happy I am and how well I am doing for myself and that I am a lot less stressed than when I was working in hospitality as a manager. They are glad I did it a certain way too. I went to college, got my apprenticeship and qualifications and then I took that route.”

Despite promising to cheer up England fans if the tournament ends in familiar dejection, one veteran of the phone channel, who has been there since its inception on Sky TV in 2002, warned about drunk callers.

Jema Gilsenan, whose stage name is Levi, told us that the hardest shifts often revolve around England matches – especially if the nation loses a big game.

Speaking about the bladdered blokes, she said: “The Euros means big things for Babestation but unfortunately it means the phone lines will be very dead while a big match is on. Guys will pick balls over babes.

Levi has been at Babestation so long that even her daughter now works alongside her

“This is one of the reasons why I hate football so much – it interferes with my money. But the good thing about football is that it will make Babestation very busy after everyone has finished watching.

“If England play badly, you tend to get a lot more guys on the phones that have been a little over-served in the pub. They tend to be very worse for wear and can be a little hard to deal with sometimes.

“If England play well then you still get the tipsy callers but they are easier to deal with because they haven’t drunk themselves into oblivion yet.”
