Jay Slater replace as forensics cops search condo the place he spent last evening

Cops have been to the apartment where Jay Slater stayed the night before he vanished.

The two officers, dressed in plain clothes, left the holiday rental home wearing forensic style blue slip-ons over their shoes this morning (July 2). They were spotted speaking to a local who had let them into the property in Masca, Tenerife.

Jay, 19, from Oswaldtwistle, Lancs., had travelled with two British men to the property after partying at the Papagayo nightclub in Playa de las Americas.
