UK’s most well-known swingers who work common jobs – from truck driver to nurse
There are many ways Brits like to unwind after a long week at work – beers with mates, going to the football or even just crashing on the couch for some telly.
But in the last few years a record number of British couples have taken up swinging to spice up their love lives.
Some have even become famous because of it and have appeared on shows like Channel 4s Open House: The Great Sex Experiment.

But while they may spend their free time jumping into bed with other like minded individuals, they still have to pay their bills like everyone else.
And below we look at what some of the country’s most well known swingers do for a living when they are not experimenting in the bedroom.
Paul and Kaye Davis
Paul and Kaye Davis, from Portsmouth, shared their story with the Daily Star last year – saying they became swingers in their 40s after “regretting not playing the field”.
They now share their sexploits online but away from that Paul works as a paint sprayer while Kaye is a nurse.
Kaye, who now works via an agency, was employed in an acute hospital when salacious rumours about her sex life began to spread.
But when confronted about her swinger lifestyle, she refused to be shamed for it and vowed to keep indulging in the things that bring her happiness.
Speaking to us about her colleagues finding out, she said: “I didn’t really tell anybody from work and I kept it under the radar.
“A friend of mine contacted me and said ‘oh I don’t know if you are aware but porters have come across your Instagram account but I don’t know if it’s you or just someone stealing your pictures’.
“She said they had started spreading it around the hospital and they were saying I was a swinger. There was all this stuff out there that I had a gangbang and there were videos and I said that’s not true and people like to embellish things.
“But I did say it was mainly true and she asked me what I was going to do and I said nothing. I am going to carry on, I love my life and I think the problem is that there is a huge stigma about swinging, OnlyFans and sex workers.
“I said that we were not doing anything wrong, it’s all consensual, and why shouldn’t we be able to do the things we want to? We are not hurting anybody. So from then we started telling people.”
Ben and Nicolle
‘Trucker Baddie’ Nicolle appeared in season two of Open House: The Great Experiment with her partner Ben.
But away from swinging, she is known as Britain’s most glamorous lorry driver, and last year she revealed she and Ben had started their own haulage company.
The driving obsessed couple used proceeds from filming their non-monogamous adventures to fund their real passion of being on the road.
Speaking to the Daily Star after setting up TruckClass Haulage, Nicolle said: “Do you know what, I absolutely love it and I have always loved the driving side anyway.
“But to know we are our own bosses of a haulage company now… it makes me want to go out there to other women and say you can do it – it doesn’t matter if it’s a male dominated industry.
“Women can do it and you don’t have to worry about the stigma and what men think of it because I always get comments and you just have to brush them off and it can be done. I really am proud of it. The day we actually picked up the lorry we were both just sat in the truck in disbelief like ‘oh my god this is ours’.”
Nicolle, who joined the Army at 16 and served seven years before getting into another male dominated industry, added: “Obviously the OnlyFans side of things, I don’t want to be doing that forever.
“So we look at that as having an expiry date. And we don’t want to be in a position where I want to stop doing OnlyFans and then end up in full-time work for somebody else. So we thought it was probably best to set up our own company.”
Olivia and Gage
Olivia, who is now known online as Vista Wife, married her childhood sweetheart over ten years ago and the Lincolnshire couple now have two children together.
They now run their own social media platform for open-minded couples called SwingHub and they previously spoke up to us about why they first explored different sexual partners.
Vista Wife, who works as a flight attendant, said: “I was always bisexual and my partner just came to me and we spoke about this Fab Swingers website. We both said we would be open and that if we didn’t like the first meet we would leave it at that.
“There was always self doubt, we had a lot of conversations beforehand like ‘what if you meet someone and you prefer them over me’.
“But we have been together so long and we are best friends and are in a concrete relationship. We have our marriage and our family so this was more fun. I think a lot of people entwine love with sex but once you separate that with excitement then a big adrenaline rush takes over.”
The Cabin Crew worker added: “The message we really want to put out there is that it is ok to always want more. There is no shame in wanting more in the bedroom whatsoever.”
Vista Wife and account manager Gage, who appeared on Sex Actually with Alice Levine, are now one of the most famous swinging couples in the UK.
And Vista Wife – who has half a million followers across her social media accounts – recently revealed she was heading back for season three of Open House.
Zoe and Matt
Zoe Grey is a Babestaion model and adult actress while her partner Matt is a British Army veteran, who now works as a health and safety manager on construction sites. And despite their contrasting careers, one thing they have in common is that they desire the freedom to be able to sleep with other people.
Explaining it from her side, Zoe, from London, told the Option One podcast: “It came out very early on when we were chatting and dating. It started with him, he likes the idea of watching me and it started along that route.
“I would say a fairly cuckold kind of a relationship. He would watch me and I would see people while he was at work and send him pictures and videos. Then I brought up the subject of trying clubs and watching him and it has just gone from there.”
As for Matt, he said previous girlfriends cheating on him while he served in Afghanistan and Iraq changed his approach to love.
He said: “Every time I went away, because you go away for seven months or whatever, I think it’s just common practice that your partner is going to cheat.
“There was one, I went to Iraq and I was seeing about eight different women and when I came home all of them had a new fella. So I was like right, it’s life, it’s what happens.”
