Sir Andy Murray will today decide whether he is fit enough to play on Centre Court in what is expected to be his last singles campaign at Wimbledon.
The two-time former champion is one of 12 British players scheduled for singles action today after Emma Raducanu, Lily Mayazaki and Sonay Kartal passed through to the second round on Monday.
The Championships kicked off in star-studded fashion as former England football captain David Beckham took his seat in the Royal Box on Centre Court where he was joined by Sir David Attenborough, Katherine Jenkins, Jamie Cullum and Alexander Armstrong.
