Jay Slater’s pal Lucy Mae breaks silence with cryptic message after he vanished

A friend of missing Brit Jay Slater has broken her silence by uploading a new picture of the teen to social media.

Lucy Mae Law uploaded the selfie of her and Jay, 19, with a crying emoji and a blue love heart. Lucy, 18, had been silent on social media for weeks but returned with the cryptic message on Instagram.

Lucy was the last person to speak to Jay on the morning of June 17, when he called her before his phone went dead in the a harsh mountainous area of Rural de Teno park, Tenerife.

The apprentice bricklayer, from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, phoned Lucy to tell her he was “lost in the middle of nowhere”.
