All three of them were later pronounced dead despite the best efforts of medics.

Hertfordshire Police had been hunting their suspected killer, 26-year-old Kyle Clifford who allegedly fled the house in Ashyn Close, Bushey, before 7pm on Tuesday evening. But now he has been found – alive – with the Daily Mail confirming the arrest, after the search turned to Cook’s Hole Road cemetery in Enfield.

Trevor Barton, 49, who lives in Cooks Hole Road, in Enfield and said he can’t get back to his own house after armed response police have cordoned off the street. He said: “I think they must have caught him in the graveyard and woodland next to our houses. Three fire engines have turned up and ambulances. I’ve never seen so many response cars. The air ambulance has just turned up to take something away as well.”

In footage taken by Mr Barton, armed police officers can be walking past him along the tree lined road with Mr Barton remarking: “They’re everywhere, absolutely everywhere.”
