VIP tickets for England’s Euros last fetching £337k – 42 occasions their face worth
England fans can nab a VIP spot at Sunday’s Euro 2024 final – for £337,000.
That is a staggering 42 times the face value of the special tickets being flogged by UEFA for places in a hospitality box to watch the Three Lions’ showdown with Spain in Berlin.
Scalpers have got hold of some of the millionaires’ tickets and have listed them on secondary selling sites at vast profits. But any fan who takes up the offer could end up being turned away from the historic final.

Supporters with tickets from illicit sources are likely to be turned away. England fans will have just 10,000 official tickets for the final sold via the FA to its Travel Club members.
Regular tickets sold out months ago. But UEFA officials are flogging a luxury Skybox package for just 10 fans.

Fans get a private chef and four-and-a-half hours of boozing for the monster price tag. Fans are told: “Are you looking for an intimate and personalised in-stadium experience? Then our Skyboxes are the perfect solution.
“Local celebrity chefs will inspire you with regional and innovative dishes, accompanied by high-quality drinks or simply a cold, honest beer. Outside, your seats are directly in front of your Skybox.
”High-end gastronomical service. Regional highlights. Served pre-match, half-time, and post match.” Scalpers are also flogging Category 1 £840 tickets for up to £35,000 and £252 Category 3 tickets for £7,500.

But UEFA say resold tickets purchased from unofficial sites will not be valid.
The football governing body, which runs the tournament, said: “A ticket resale platform will allow fans to offer their tickets for resale at face value via http://EURO2024.com/tickets.
“This platform will enable fans to safely purchase tickets from other fans through the official UEFA sales channel.
“UEFA reminds all fans to apply for tickets only through the official platform http://EURO2024.com/tickets to eliminate the risk of acquiring invalid or fraudulent tickets and ensure that sellers receive their money in full.”
