Billy Ray Cyrus has scored the latest victory in his divorce from Firerose Cyrus.
A judge in a Los Angeles court ruled that the Achy Breaky Heart singer’s estranged wife, 36, can no longer use his American Express business card or any other credit card in his or his businesses’ names.
Billy Ray, 62, alleged that Firerose had charged $96,986.05 to his American Express account between May 23 and June 7 in 37 unauthorized charges, TMZ reported.
He claims he never gave his wife permission to use his credit cards or his bank accounts while she disputed that saying she’s been allowed to use the I Want My Mullet Back singer’s accounts since she moved in with him in 2022.
Firerose claimed that she was maintaining an already-established lifestyle, one he put in place when they moved in together.

She also argued that she should be allowed to continue spending Billy Ray’s money for her expenses and attorneys fees as long as they remain married.
While the judge found in favor of Billy Ray in this case, their split is far from over.
The Hannah Montana star, filed for an annulment seven months after they married, accusing her of fraud and ‘inappropriate marital conduct.’
The Australian singer, who first met Billy Ray in 2010 on the set of the Disney channel series, has accused her estranged husband of emotional and verbal abuse and manipulation.
Firerose claimed in an interview with Page Six last month the Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker, 62, constantly screamed at her and made her feel like a ‘prisoner’ in theirTennessee home during their marriage.
After he claimed she had ‘physically, emotionally and verbally abused him,’ Fireose accused the singer of ‘isolating’ her from her friends and family and said that he had attempted to control her by implementing a set of ‘rules’ for her to follow.
‘Billy had very strict rules,’ she elaborated. ‘I didn’t have a car. I was only allowed to go to the local chiropractor and allowed once a month to get my nails done.’
Firerose – whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges – called it ‘systemic isolation’ and added: ‘I couldn’t find the courage to leave.’
She also claimed that her friends and family were banned from visiting her at home.
Cyrus’ estranged wife added: ‘If I had to send a text, I had to read it out to him for permission. It was the same for email.’
In court documents filed in Tennessee last month, Cyrus denied Fireose’s ‘mindboggling’ allegations of abuse, claiming that she had in fact abused him during the marriage – and alleging that she was only ever after his money.

However, Firerose hit back, revealing that she had to have a preventative double mastectomy due to carrying the BRCA1 gene and Billy Ray left her the day before her scheduled surgery.
Billy Ray denied that and her attorney’s issued a statement.
‘The audacity to question a BRCA-positive women’s [sic] decision to undergo a preventative surgery further shows the kind of cruel manipulation Firerose was subjected to.
‘What Billy Ray fails to recognize is when you have a decades-long history of emotional and psychological abuse, people start to take notice. The truth will come to light.’
