‘Gorgeous Guinness Girls’ praised for ‘displaying off items regardless of low lives’

A Facebook group obsessed with Guinness and female bodies has thanked the women it features.

Various women post images of themselves holding pints or cans of Guinness on the group – but it seems some people have been being cruel about them. The criticisms drew one person to call out those making unkind comments, labelling them “low lives” who were just trying to “show off”.

The poster of the comment also took the opportunity to thank the women who were prepared to post images of themselves on the page.

They said: “I want to give a shout to ALL the gorgeous ‘Guinness Girls’ who are such good sports and who are brave enough to post their ‘goods’ for our enjoyment despite the low lives who try to find any little flaw to show off to the ‘boys’ how ‘funny’ they are.

“It’s so obvious these guys are intimately familiar with ‘shortcomings’. Keep the pics coming ladies, men who really love women admire all of you and you keep this group popping.”

It seems the comment was greatly appreciated by some people on the group. One person said: “Awww thank you so much this has honestly made my night I feel so appreciated for once”.

Another said: “I heartily second this. These contributions are a highlight of my day. Much appreciated!”

Multiple posts simply read, “Well said!”

Another person said: “Well said!! I enjoy the photos and am envious of the photographers!!!”

Not everyone was in agreement, however. “Creep,” one person said.

“This has to be the most “I’m a lonely old man” post I’ve seen in this group”.
