Drunk England fan falls over and breaks his porch after the pub

  • The hilarious moment captured the fan with his wife on their Ring doorbell

A drunk England fan broke his porch after stumbling back from the pub after the Three Lions’ Euro 2024 final defeat.

Jason Cook, 46, got back from the pub with wife Joanna, 46, and stepson Alex Barber.

He leant on a wooden pillar, which fell down under his weight and he tumbled to the floor.

The hilarious moment was captured on the couple’s Ring doorbell.

The trio had just watched Gareth Southgate‘s team lose 2-1 to Spain in the final on Sunday.

The one-minute-and-one-second clip shows Joanna – in a white 1990 England shirt – open the front door at 10:53pm.

Jason, 46, is following behind wearing a red St George’s Cross T-shirt.

Alex – in a retro blue Three Lions jersey – also approaches the house.

As Jason fell down with the porch support, Joanna, 46, said: ‘Jay are you alright?

‘What the f*** happened?’

He slurred and she added: ‘You alright?

‘F****** hell.

‘Lucky the f****** ceiling didn’t come down then.’

He picked up the wooden pole and propped it against the front of the house as the couple went inside their home in Snodland, Kent.

Helpful Alex tried to put it back in place.

Joanna said: ‘Don’t worry.’

He replied: ‘It’s just screwed in.’

But she adds: ‘But it’s screwed in from the top, you won’t get that up.

‘Just leave it.’

Niece Georgia Cook, 22, told What’s The Jam: ‘They had just come back from the pub and he had one too many beers.

‘He slipped off the step and fell into the pillar of the porch.

‘It also broke the mail box at the side of their house.’

She posted it on TikTok and the funny clip has got over 1.5million views.

Pal Alice Bowden said: ‘God I’m a horrible wife, you are so concerned if he’s okay and calm.

‘I’d be furious and shouting at him for breaking the house.’

Chelsey Soutter added: ‘The boy in the background, doesn’t know whether to laugh or cry or walk away.’

Louise said: ‘She’s a better woman than me because I’d have been p****** myself.’

And this wasn’t the only chaotic moment on Sunday night in the wake of England’s loss at the Euros.

All hell broke loose in Birmingham at a sell-out screening of the final.

Bottles were being hurled across the beer garden at the Old Crown Pub in Digbeth when England’s fate was sealed.

Worse than that, an angry group outside the pub were setting off red smoke bombs and hurling plastic cups over the wall from the street.

A group of men leaving the pub also exchanged some savage blows as violence erupted after the game.

Two people were injured and taken to hospital, but the group had dispersed by the time officers arrived.

West Midlands Police are now appealing for witnesses as the investigation continues.

Meanwhile in Hertford, a mass brawl exploded on a high street just after the Three Lions were beaten 2-1.

Also in Benidorm, Spain, shirtless fans were having violent punch-ups in the street.

Other shocking footage from Sunday night shows Three Lions fans fighting each other in the village of Welwyn, Wales.

Two brutes are seen raining heavy punches down on another man who is pushed to the ground as he sits in his chair.
