Sunglasses with built-in digital camera utilized by voyeur to movie kids

A voyeur who secretly filmed children playing on a beach has been jailed – as a sickening picture shows the sunglasses with a built-in camera he used to commit his crimes.

John Gilliver, 62, was spotted behaving suspiciously on the beach at Folkestone Harbour in Kent when worried parents reported him for taking photographs.

Officers seized his belongings, which included a pair of sunglasses and a chain necklace – both of which had built-in cameras capable of taking and storing images.

In later searches of the pervert’s home, Kent Police discovered a haul of recording equipment on which they found indecent images of children.

Twisted Gilliver had also installed cameras in the home of a man and woman he knew to spy on them for his own sick gratification.

He was jailed for a year and eight months and was also made the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
