Tiktoker reveals deserted residence stuffed with garbage and animal droppings

A Tiktoker urban explorer has ventured into the ‘most overgrown hoarder’s home of all time’ and shared the revolting discovery on social media.

Sean Piper, from Kent, found the rotting abandoned home full of rubbish, cobwebs and animal droppings.

The content creator shared a video of the house, which he claimed has been abandoned for around five years ‘but looks like longer’.

He said the property was most likely left to rot after the owner died and their family inherited it.

In the video, Sean can be seen wandering around outside, showing the camera four abandoned, neglected cars – overgrown and rusting away – in the garden.

Inside the house, he finds the ‘most disgusting kitchen’ he’s ever seen, with stacks of unwashed dishes, fermenting drinks, and stinking leftover food.

The three tell-tale signs of a hoarding problem

1. ‘Excessive accumulation’, such as ordering lots of parcels online or bulk-buying groceries for fear of running out.

2. A ‘cognitive’ or ’emotional’ difficulty in getting rid of possessions from the house.

3. Clutter in living spaces.

And in the living room, belongings are piled high on top of the furniture.

Plenty of ornaments and personal belongings remain in the house, as well as family photos, teddies and books.

Sean said the only thing that looked relatively organised in the home was paperwork.

Letters and receipts were piled up on top of everything else, suggesting relatives had tried to find information of importance at one time.

Old family photos were also visible on a table in good condition.

Sean’s clip of the discovery, uploaded to his TikTok account (@seanurbex), has racked up over 9,000 views, leaving users shocked.

He said: ‘It was actually pretty disgusting inside.

‘Damp clothes all over the floor, rat droppings and other animal mess on the floor, and on top of the piles of hoarded stuff.

‘We got in through a backdoor that was left open and the smell was overwhelming as soon as we walked in through the overgrown garden.

‘There were also a few derelict, disused cars in the front garden.’

‘The lingering smell has put me off ever going back again, as have the sheer amount of thick cobwebs and animal droppings,’ he told What’s The Jam.

‘I’m used to dirty, abandoned houses but this was next level.’

Sean added: ‘The house was handed over to family who have just left it unattended to.

‘I’ve heard the house has been abandoned for about five years but it looks like longer to me.’
