Team GB swimmers Tom Daley and Noah Williams showcase diving abilities

Team GB swimmers showed off their diving skills while training in the final countdown to the Paris Olympics.

Tom Daley, Lois Toulson and Noah Williams were all spotted in the practice pool at the Olympics Aquatics Centre.

Daley, who is competing at his fifth Olympiad, was seen waving a rainbow-coloured towel while fine-tuning his skills.

He first appeared for Britain at Beijing 2008 before winning bronze medals at both London in 2012 and Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

Despite retiring after clinching gold at Tokyo 2020, the swimmer came out of retirement to dive in front of his children at Paris.

Daley’s arms and right hand were shown with white bandages as he plunged into the water.

He was joined by his synchronised diving partner Noah Williams, who is standing in for Lee’s gold-winning teammate Matty Lee, who was ruled out of Paris with a back injury.

Williams teamed up with Daley to win silver at the World Championships back in February – a victory which booked their spots at the Olympics.

The pair will compete in Paris on July 29.

Unlike in Tokyo, Daley is not appearing in the individual 10 metre platform in order to focus solely on the synchronised event.

Daley, 30, reportedly performed changed his mind on retirement last year after a visit to the Olympic and Paralympic Museum in Colorado Springs with his husband Lance and sons Robbie and Phoenix.

Meanwhile, diver Lois Toulson showed off a Union flag while donning her swimming costume.

The 10-metre platform specialist represented the UK at both the Rio and Tokyo Olympics, and took home silver medals at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

She rose to prominence when she picked up a gold medal at the inaugural European Games, aged just 15, in Baku in 2015.

Toulson is joined in Paris by her boyfriend springboard diver Jack Laugher, with whom she has been in a relationship since 2017.
