Drone maker Tekever eyeing potential London inventory market flotation
A drone maker whose products track small boats in the English Channel is eyeing a possible London stock market flotation.
Tekever boss Ricardo Mendes said as the company was growing well it would prepare for a float ‘in the next few years’.

He said London would be the choice if a listing were held on this side of the Atlantic, though the Nasdaq in New York ‘would be a very good option as well’.
The Portuguese group opened a factory in Wales in September and has a site in Southampton.
It has a contract alerting the Home Office to small boats from a base in Kent, and sells drones for reconnaissance in Ukraine.
Mendes said the City’s tech aspirations ‘could be a very an interesting thing – let’s see how it develops in the next few years’.
