Pictured: The 22 individuals hunted by Manchester police throughout riots

The 22 people being hunted by Greater Manchester Police (GMP) after they were caught on CCTV during the week of riots have been pictured.

Officers want to speak with five people over a disturbance in Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens on Saturday, which saw the force make several arrests.

Meanwhile, it is searching for six men in relation to a riot on Mosley Street, also in the city centre, following a week of chaos which has rocked the UK.

Violent riots have exploded across several cities including Manchester, Liverpool, Plymouth and Birmingham following the Southport knife rampage which claimed the lives of three young girls and left many others injured.

False speculation online that the teenage suspect was an asylum seeker who had arrived in the UK on a boat has fuelled the unrest which started outside a mosque in Southport and has since spread across the country.

Right-wing groups have organised dozens of protests from Manchester to Hull and Middlesbrough to Plymouth – with many filled with anti-immigrant rhetoric. Riots have seen hotels housing migrants set on fire and police attacked with bricks or glass bottles.

GMP has issued 10 more photos of people following disorder in Manchester’s Bolton town centre on Sunday.

It has also released an image of a man wanted after disorder on Oldham Road, Newton Heath, on July 31.

Chaos erupted in Manchester city centre on Saturday after anti-immigration and pro-peace protests.

Bolton saw bottles, tiles, eggs and fireworks thrown as rival groups clashed on Sunday.

GMP has so far made around 50 arrests in connection with disorder.

Around 300 people attended an anti-immigration protest outside Bolton Town Hall on Sunday when hundreds of people has their faces covered.

About 300 people could then be seen running towards them as they shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’, an Arabic phrase meaning God is greatest.

Major violence unfolded in the city when a massive brawl was swiftly broken up by officers wielding batons after a man allegedly threw a flare.

Protesters tore down fences to hurl at other demonstrators as police put themselves between rival groups.

Footage showed men clutching cups of alcohol shouting and jeering as others jumped into a jumbled fight, each side grappling one another and ripping clothing.

In Nottingham, protesters waved England flags and made gestures at police while in Liverpool, activists hurled bricks and a scooter at police officers as the protests threatened to spill over into all-out violence.
