Influencer left with horse tooth after botched surgical procedure
An influencer who was left with ‘horse teeth’ after botched surgery in Turkey has revealed she can ‘finally chew again’.
Lauren Evens, 31, from London, had veneers installed abroad earlier this year which left her unable to chew, eat or sleep due to the distress.
She has since ended up forking out £3,400 for a new smile.
It comes after Love Island’s Tiffany Leighton admitted she had her ‘teeth changed’ after she was trolled for her unusually white smile during the show.
The Hertfordshire-born bombshell, 25, confessed to The Sun she rushed straight to the clinic once she returned to the UK.

‘I was offered the dental treatment from a company who wanted to do a brand deal with me,’ Ms Evans said of her first ‘botched’ procedure.
She said: ‘But because of that, I didn’t feel the need to do loads of research.
‘I wish I did now, as I left there botched, upset and unhappy.’
After her treatment in April, she returned back to the UK and attempted to get used to her new teeth.
But she immediately struggled and was left feeling ’embarrassed and disheartened’.
She said: ‘I struggled to chew.
‘I had to swallow foods without chewing, which would then make me extremely sick. Chewing food is important.’

Not able to cope any longer, she decided to do her research the second time around and fly back out to a different clinic in Turkey three months later to fix her smile in July this year.
‘They were amazing,’ she said.
‘From landing, you get VIP treatment, fast-tracked through security, entry into the airports vip lounge and transfers to the dentist.
‘The dentist was also amazing.
‘It took four visits within one week but it was worth it to complete my smile.’

For decades, Brits have been warned against seeking cheaper surgery in places like Turkey, Eastern Europe, or South East Asia.
Turkey is not inherently more dangerous than other surgical tourism hotspots.
But cheap flights between it and the UK — as well as the rise of the trend combining cosmetic surgery with a holiday — have made it one of the leading destinations for Brits looking to go under the knife.
This is especially the case for dentistry, with millions of Brits struggling to see their own dentist. The combination has sparked the ‘Turkey teeth’ trend.
One of the most common procedures offered in Turkey, made popular by stars such as Katie Price and Love Island’s Jack Fincham, involves filing down natural teeth to pegs then replacing them with crowns or veneers.
