Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to ‘attempt promote Wrexham’ in tarot reader’s imaginative and prescient

Wrexham’s Hollywood owners could be on their way out of the door – according to a tarot card reader.

The Red Dragons’ fairytale run up the Football League has been on the feel-good stories of the past couple of seasons, but that could all be about to change. Wrexham are currently in League One, but Inbaal Honningman, a tarot card reader, has predicted Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds could cash in.

Speaking to CasinoOnlineIn, Inbaal said: “Even though the club’s celebrity owners lose their fascination with the team, there’s every chance that a promotion is on the cards for Wrexham.

“The 6 of Pentacles Tarot cards says that Reynolds and McElhenney are only interested in seeing a return on their investment at this stage. The powerful Emperor card suggests that it’s very realistic to expect Wrexham to be promoted from League One.”

“You want to know, like how far in the red I am?” McElhenney joked back in April. “It’s pretty significant. It’s true that in the beginning when we asked our advisors if this was a good economic investment, there was not one person that I can remember that was like, ‘Yes.’

“It was more like, ‘Don’t.’”

Reynolds added: “Accountants don’t really want to hear about the emotional investment…I think we recognise how lucky we are that we can be in this position where it isn’t about making money or any of those things.

“I mean, you have to be in a pretty privileged spot to be able to do this to begin with. But eventually, you know, as we climb up the leagues, we’re going to need outside help in order to sustain this club.

“One of our great mission statements and – this is something that is still a huge target – is to create a sustainable model for a sports club like this and allow it to support itself long after we’re dead and gone.”
