And a second application under ‘Luke the Nuke Littler’ wants permission to trademark: “Festive decorations, party novelties, artificial Christmas trees, Christmas tree decorations, Christmas tree balls.”
Ambitious Luke also wants his own fashion range. And he hopes to clean up and get fit with his own sports training firm, other documents already lodged at the IPO reveal.
The legal protection will prevent bootleggers from using his moniker to cash in on his fame and trademarks stay in place for a decade once rubberstamped.
