Massive blaze breaks out at caravan storage yard in Oldham

Firefighters are tonight tackling a huge blaze at a caravan storage yard in Oldham, which can reportedly be seen from miles away.
Plumes of black smoke could be seen across the horizon after the fire broke out in Chadderton earlier.
Images emerging from those close to the inferno show crew battling fierce flames, as black smoke pours into the air.
People living nearby have also reported the sound of explosions.

Several caravans appear to have been destroyed.
Residents living near to the incident have reported hearing a number of loud explosions.
Around 30 firefighters are currently at the scene on Stock Lane in Chadderton.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: ‘Shortly after 8.50pm this evening, six fire engines from Chadderton, Oldham, Hollins, Heywood, Rochdale and Ashton fire stations, were called to a fire on Stock Lane, Chadderton.
‘Firefighters arrived quickly and are currently working to extinguish the fire and make the area safe.
‘Crews remain in attendance at this time.’
