Man Utd goal Manuel Ugarte’s mom as soon as fainted throughout Copa America scrap

Manchester United are set to land Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte who once endured a terrifying moment when his mother fainted during a game.

The 23-year-old is on his way to Manchester to complete a medical ahead of his move after United finally confirmed a deal with PSG for their priority midfield option. Ugarte is also a 22-time Uruguay international – featuring in every game of their Copa America third-place finish.

However, it was during the ill-tempered semi-final clash against Colombia when Ugarte’s mum found herself in trouble in the crowd.
