Fuming mum ‘units man on fireplace’ after ‘discovering him in mattress along with her teen daughter’
A 40-year-old man was seen running out of a house completely ablaze after being “set on fire” by the mum of a teen girl he was found in bed with.
Witnesses said the horror incident unfolded as they heard screaming before then seeing a man on fire escaping a house in West Philadelphia on Wednesday morning.
It’s reported the mum of an 18-year-old girl and the mother‘s boyfriend found her in bed with the 40-year-old bloke. The boyfriend, a 38-year-old man, allegedly shot the victim before the mum then poured flammable liquid on him and setting him alight.

The attack happened on the 5400 block of Lansdowne Avenue around 10.36am, according to police sources who spoke with FOX 26. Both suspects, the 38-year-old man and the 35-year-old woman, were arrested and are now in custody.
The victim was rushed to Jefferson University Hospital and is receiving treatment for severe burns across his body, however, his condition remains critical as medical teams work to stabilise him.
The names of the victim and suspects have not yet been released by police.

The woman, named Tatyana Rykova, 34, was also in a state of “shock” and covered in blood. According to news outlet Region 116, she was speaking incoherently and seemed confused about what had happened when the police arrived. She reportedly did confess she was the one who used the knife.
