Woman confronts ‘creepy’ gym-goer caught looking at her throughout exercise

A personal trainer was left feeling uncomfortable when she spotted an older fella eyeballing her during her gym sesh.

Heidi Arago called over her hubby to stand by her side in an attempt to shield herself from the ogler, but the pesky man just wouldn’t quit his gawking. The fitness pro decided to expose the bloke on TikTok, blasting: “Don’t sit there and tell me you’re not doing something when I have proof.”

In her video, which has since gone viral, she sets down her phone to catch her squat form on camera, only to pause mid-workout once she clocks the geezer ambling closer.

“This creepy old guy at the gym kept coming over and staring at me,” her video captions read, detailing how she even brought in her husband for backup so he could work out alongside her as a barrier.

Despite her bloke’s presence, the cheeky chap seemed relentless, continuing his peeping through the mirror’s reflection.

Fed up, Heidi drops her weights and whirls around to face the bloke wearing the green top dead on.

Determined to end the stare-down, Heidi added: “I thought he got the picture. I attempted to do my set. Then I got fed up and went over and addressed him.”

A snippet of their conversation is barely caught by the microphone as Heidi moves out of shot, confronting the man with a stern “stop this”.

“I told him if he’s gonna work out in this corner, he needed to stop staring and making me uncomfortable his response was: ‘I’m just looking around.'”

But Heidi hits back saying she’s got all the evidence on video. Suddenly, the man goes quiet.

After a creepy encounter at the gym, some said there should be “women-only gyms” to avoid such encounters.

One said: “This is the reason women stop going to the gym. I only work out in my room now.”

Another gave props, chiming in with: “You did good by confronting him! These type of men only go to stare at women and not workout. See it all the time! “.

A third cheered on the confrontation, saying: “That’s good you confronted him and have it on video,” before dishing out advice like, “Try and have your husband with you when you guys go to the gym. You did the right thing.”
