susceptible schoolgirls lacking from Harrogate

Two vulnerable schoolgirls are missing after they failed to come home last night.

Masoumeh, 15, and Leah, 14, are believed to have disappeared together in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, yesterday evening.

Police have launched an urgent appeal to try and find the two girls.

Masoumeh is described as being of southeast Asian heritage and around 5ft 7in tall

Leah is described as white, about 5ft 3in tall, with blonde hair featuring dark roots up to her shoulders.

She was last seen wearing a blue spaghetti strap dress and a beige cropped puffer coat, according to North Yorkshire Police.

Masoumeh, of southeast Asian heritage, is approximately 5ft 7in tall, slim, with long straight black hair. She was last spotted in a black dress carrying a grey bag.

Enquiries and searches are ongoing in Harrogate. They also have connections in the Malton, Leeds, and Bradford areas and usually travel by bus and train.
