Anthony Gordon leaves Newcastle coaching in £190k automotive that appears ‘it is from GTA’
Anthony Gordon was pictured leaving Newcastle’s training ground in a rare ‘never seen before’ vehicle.
The former Everton man was seen driving out of the Newcastle United Training Centre known as Darsley Park in an unusual-looking vehicle that could only be described as something resembling a car seen in the popular video game Grand Theft Auto (GTA).
The car in question – GMC Hummer EV – is said to be the first of its kind in the UK, as they are usually manufactured and distributed in the US.

The vehicle is said to be worth between £185,000 and £190,000 and weighs in at a whopping 4500 kilograms. That’s not all, its size does not affect its ability to get off the mark – and like its speedster owner, it impressively accelerates from zero to 60mph in just three seconds.
Despite its excessive price tag and overall appearance, the car is not to everyone’s taste, supporters gave their thoughts with one saying: “Does he work on a farm in the afternoons?!”

Another added: “Fair play, that’s one of the ugliest cars I’ve ever seen.” With a third saying: “Why would you need anyone to need this on narrow UK roads?”
His lavish choice of cars may have caught the attention of many, but in recent times he has backed up his confidence off the pitch with a wonderful return on it.
Gordon registered career-best statistics with 21 Premier League goal involvements last term, that, no doubt, went a long way to him earning his first England tournament call up for the Euro this summer – he added to his caps against Ireland and Finland during the recent international break.
Newcastle have started the season in fine fettle recording victories against Southampton, Spurs and most recently Wolves with a draw at Bournemouth sandwiched between – in which the Liverpudlian scored.
