Bacon butty and Full English make Brits a lot better bonkers

Bacon butties and a full English breakfast make Brits more passionate in bed, a poll found.

More than one in ten said the classic breakfasts fuelled their ardour between the sheets. Around 13% said a bacon buttie set them up for a night of passion.

And another 11% said a full English guaranteed a top romp with their partner. Stephanie Jackson, 33, from Basingstoke, Hampshire, said her partner Gary, 38, a car mechanic, performs better after a bacon buttie or a full English.

She said: “Gary has a bit of a weight problem so he has tried to slim down over the years but dieting has never agreed with him because he seems to lose all his energy.

“He loses interest in sex as well but when he goes back to his favourite foods, especially a fry up or a bacon sandwich in the morning, he is like a new man again – especially in the bedroom. He is a much happier camper all round and I’m definitely not complaining.”
