TSB Bank prospects left with empty accounts as fee methods go down

TSB’s banking services have gone down, with users raging over funds not being received.

Reports started hitting Down Detector at around 9am with many claiming that their government ESA payments had been received.

Around 300 reports of failed services had been made, with 71% of those stating that “funds transfer” was the biggest issue.

One furious customer raged: “No money received and they are messaging me telling me I don’t have enough funds to cover my payments f***ing jokers.”

Another said: “I just switched to @TSB and already having issues! I’ll be switching right back to another account as soon as they pay my switch bonus!! Shambles of a bank!”

A third posted on Twitter/X: “Same here! It happens way too often with @TSB. Meant to be paying for my son’s communication app today. Fingers crossed it’s in our account soon.”

A TSB spokesperson told the Daily Star: “We’re aware of an issue with some BACS payments not yet showing on customers’ accounts. We are working on fixing this and will provide an update as soon as possible.”
