Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s phrases to Menendez brothers in the event that they’re launched from jail
Gypsy Rose Blanchard has offered some words of wisdom to Erik and Lyle Menendez as their case is reportedly being re-evaluated.
The Menendez brothers, who have been behind bars for over three decades following the 1989 murder of their parents Kitty and Jose Menendez, were recently granted a court hearing set for November after alleged new evidence surfaced.
They are hopeful for an early release. Their case has gained renewed interest after Ryan Murphy adapted their story for Netflix in Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US.
Gypsy Rose and her boyfriend Ken Urker were spotted by paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport checking in for a Southwest Airlines flight when they were asked about her thoughts on the brothers’ potential release. In a video shared on TMZ, Gypsy Rose admitted she wasn’t very familiar with the Menendez brothers’ case.
After being given a brief rundown of the case, which involved the brothers claiming they killed their parents due to enduring sexual, physical, and mental abuse, she was asked if she supported their release. “I really can’t speak on the specifics of that,” she said. “I will say that I remain an advocate for abuse victims in general and I’m all about prison reform.”
She concluded: “If their case is being reviewed hopefully something can be done. I think that abuse victims need to be advocated for,” reports the Mirror US.
Gypsy Rose has hailed the involvement of Kim Kardashian in supporting two brothers’ freedom, saying: “Kim is a wise woman she makes good decisions,” and added that it’s “awesome”.
Having been released on parole herself last December after being locked up after charged with second-degree murder in the death of her own mother, the 33-year-old offered some words of wisdom to the brothers: “It’s very difficult to come out to a world that has changed so much even in the time that I spent.”
She urged the siblings: “Reacclimating is a difficult thing so I’d say take your time and adjust properly and get therapy because you’ll need it.”
