‘Kinkiest’ resort in Britain that is a ‘spicy change of surroundings’ for {couples}

If you’re looking to spice up your sex life, then a trip to the ‘kinkiest’ hotel in Britain may do the trick for you.

Everybody knows that once you’ve been in a relationship for a long time, it’s easy to just let romance fall by the wayside, but @philc84 reckons that you can spice things up once more at “a hotel perfect for a bit of hanky panky” – and there were plenty of rave reviews in the comments.

This “luxury hotel”, which has been described as “pretty damn kinky“, is called The Crazy Bear, and it has branches in Beaconsfield and Oxford.

Phil joked that “there were other guests” there, he just didn’t want to film them “because they all looked so happy” that he “assumed they must be having an affair” – but he was there solo.

He showed off his hotel room then, saying: “All rooms are different, but they’ve all got a feature bath. She’s [staff member] told me to be very careful ’cause it fills from the ceiling […] there’s a fireplace, a bed – this is where the magic happens, or at least the magic has happened many many times with many many people but I’m gonna try and put that out of my mind – a TV that you can connect your phone to, a bin […], mirror, chairs, a table with the most used ‘do not disturb’ sign in the country, another fireplace, and then the bathroom”.

Phil said the bedroom was “very nice”, although when he sees a bathtub in the middle of the room now he “thinks of Saltburn” – if you know, you know.

He then went down for food, joking that the young couples were then “realising their mistake” because it’s rather expensive. “The night I was there, rooms were between £120 and £240 which isn’t that bad, but the bar and restaurant are very London when it comes to pricing”, he said.

Phil continued: “A beer, steak, chips, and a little ice cream thing was £82. Throw cocktails into the night and I could see in some of the lads’ faces that buying romance was coming at a heavy cost. Come back Pizza Express followed by a Travelodge; all is forgiven.”

He said that they “have big parties here” and they sound “fun”, but they weren’t his scene – but he described the men’s toilets as “sensational”. Phil then went to his room and had a bath, joking that it was weird to be in the bathtub “thinking of all the things that it’s seen and heard”.

In the morning, he said that he slept well, and the “noise from other rooms was minimal”, and you “only heard very large movement”.

“If you’re in a relationship and you can still stand the sight of each other, then the Crazy Bear is a very romantic place to go for a spicy change of scene”, he said, although he warned people to try and work out what sort of food and drinks they wanted beforehand so you could “financially prepare” for it.

In the comments, one man praised the hotel, writing: “Went to Crazy Bear Beaconsfield once – it was soooo expensive but loved every second of the experience.”

Others described it as a “British love hotel”, and one woman admitted: “I got engaged here” – so it can be a romantic place. Another described it as “seedy”, and someone joked: “Mirrors probably have other guests watching from the room behind it”.
