Teacher who ‘had intercourse with boy, 12’ now accused of sick act with 14-year-old scholar

A teacher who police say had sex with a prepubescent boy at a sleepover has now been accused of sending videos of herself masturbating to a 14-year-old student.

Kenosha County elementary school staffer Anna Marie Crocker was charged last month with first-degree sexual assault of a child after being accused of having sex with the 12-year-old. She’s now been further charged with sending a 14-year-old pupil videos of herself masturbating. Police said the 33-year-old worked at Riverview Elementary in Silver Lake, Wisconsin, from 2020 until she was fired over the serious allegations last month.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court, Crocker is charged with “having sexual intercourse with a person who has not attained the age of 13” in the winter of 2023/2024. It is further alleged that she’s guilty of filming child pornography videos in August and exposing her genitals to a child in September.

She was first arrested in October when the 12-year-old alleged victim’s parents told cops they believed he had been sexually assaulted by Crocker at a sleepover she held for her own child. The complaint detailed that the kids played video games and basketball, and went for a walk before sleeping over at Crocker’s house. It added they went to bed at midnight and that the boy, 12, had been sleeping on a sofa in the basement.

“While asleep on the couch, he was woken up by the defendant who was naked,” the complaint revealed. “The defendant had removed [his] pants and was on top of him. Eventually, his friends heard noises and went downstairs. The defendant tried to hide, but his friends saw what happened. [The victim] went upstairs and told his friends what happened, then went to bed.”

He added the alleged incident was not consensual, and that he told her to get off and tried to push her away repeatedly – but to no avail. The court documents state he received a text from Crocker a few months later to ask him to apologise to her “for what happened in the basement”. He claimed she was “trying to make him feel guilty” and told him he wasn’t allowed to tell anyone what had took place.

The boy claimed he was so affected by the alleged incident that he began dry-heaving during football practice after having a flashback, the criminal complaint added.

Now Crocker is also accused of sending a boy, 14, videos of herself masturbating with a vibrator, as well as having sent and received more than 200 Snapchat messages with him. The allegations have been made by a current and former student at Riverview Elementary School, with prosecutors saying Crocker has since admitted to receiving a sexual video from a 14-year-old before saving it on her phone.

Crocker was originally charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child by filming them. Now she’s been slapped with more charges including exposing her genitals, exposing a child to harmful material, child enticement and exposing a child to harmful descriptions.

Crocker is being held on a $500,000 bond at the Kenosha County Jail. She’s due to appear in court for the first time on November 22 and could face up to 60 years behind bars if she’s found guilty on all counts.
